We are thrilled to share that we have recently transitioned from Signify to SYNC – powered by the AACN, on the Salesforce non-profit cloud. This move was the result of thorough planning, coordination, and execution, and we believe it will enable AACN to become an even more effective referral hub for the community. We have been fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition and keeping our partners and stakeholders informed and involved throughout the process. 

We are proud to say that we have actively sought feedback and input from many partners to shape the new platform. We have addressed any concerns or issues expressed, and we are confident that the finished product and forthcoming training and support materials will elevate the quality of services we offer to the community. We are also excited to share that our team has recently grown by adding three new members with extensive expertise in the non-profit and IT sectors. With our team now consisting of five members, we are more committed than ever to providing our partners and the community with the highest quality services. The new team members will only enhance the quality of services we offer to our clients, and we encourage you to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns.

Lastly, we want to inform you that AACN will soon move to a new location. While we are still finalizing the details, we want to assure our partners and stakeholders that we will keep them informed and updated on the progress. We anticipate that the move will have a minimal impact on our services and look forward to continuing our work in the community.
