The Alamo Area Community Network (AACN) brings together Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), nonprofit agencies, funders, and public-sector partners to create a stronger, more connected network of care across the San Antonio region. Leveraging a secure, cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant platform, AACN empowers organizations to collaborate, share resources, and coordinate services that address the diverse needs of our community.

We believe that health and well-being are influenced by far more than healthcare alone. Access to employment opportunities, childcare, nutritious food, transportation, housing, and social support services are all critical factors that impact individual and community outcomes.
